The basic structure consists of a rigid frame reinforced with a 7 mm thick L-shaped carbon steel plate. The structure is supported by a leg whose lower end is secured by means of a height adjustment system and floor anchoring. The rollers are manufactured from 3 mm thick tubing and are fitted with a ½ duplex chain sprocket for power transmission. Drive is transmitted step by step from the chain to the roller sprocket. The gear motor is equipped with a tensioning system that maintains optimum performance regardless of the direction of rotation.
