Roller-chain transfer
The basic structure consists of a rigid reinforced frame made of an L-shaped carbon steel plate. This structure is supported by a leg, whose lower end is fixed by means of the height adjustment system and floor anchoring. The chain conveyor is built with three 5/8 chains that drive the pallet. High-resistance rollers with chain sprocket and tangential drive. They are supported by their shaft on the L-shaped side frames. They are not fixed with screws, but are fully supported by the shaft thickness. The geared motor is equipped with a tensioning system, whose position allows maintaining its performance in both directions of rotation. Each roller section is equipped with a pallet presence detection system, with two possible systems depending on the application: detection roller or photocell.
