Semi-automatic stretch wrapper for very long loads
THE CHALLENGE
Semi-automatic wrapping machine for drainage pipes up to 6 meters long.
- It works with two sizes of tubes: 3 and 6 meters.
- The load is on wooden pallets of 3 meters in both cases.
- It must be protected with anti-rain plastic sheet to be able to store outside.
- The load must be kept stable throughout the process.
SOLUTION AND RESULT
A FENIX+ and a COVER foil dispenser of special dimensions are designed and built. The structure of the COVER is used to incorporate a top pressure to guarantee the stability of the load during wrapping.
