Double Transfer Carriage
Lateral transfer system designed to move palletized loads between different conveyor lines or to collect pallets from multiple conveyor lines and deliver them to a single discharge point. The main structure consists of an L-shaped, reinforced 10 mm carbon steel plate chassis, supported by four wheels, two of which are driven through a geared motor transmission.
The drive motor is equipped with an electromagnetic brake to ensure accurate stopping at the required position and is controlled by an electronic frequency inverter to provide smooth acceleration and deceleration. The carriage is guided by a longitudinal guide rail anchored to the floor, eliminating the need for civil works. Power supply and control signals are provided through a side-mounted cable tray with a drag chain.
